Bridgeport Children Sustain Injuries Due To Negligent Driver

Mr. Colombo recently tried a case in Clarksburg on behalf of two young boys who are from Bridgeport, West Virginia. This case involved a negligent driver who made an illegal left hand turn on South Virginia Ave. in Bridgeport and pulled out into the path of the car in which Mr. Colombo’s clients were passengers. The young boys were twin brothers, were 9 years of age, and attended Simpson Elementary School.

Fortunately, Mr. Colombo’s clients were not seriously injured. After a 2 day trial a verdict was rendered in favor of Mr. Colombo’s clients.
