Bridgeport Woman Hit By Drunk Driver

Mr. Colombo represented a Bridgeport woman who was injured by a drunk driver while returning from a concert in the Pittsburgh area. The client was a 20 year old woman who was a Bridgeport High School graduate and was attending a concert at Star Lake Amphitheater with 3 other young women, all from Bridgeport. Traffic was heavy while leaving the concert and the flow of traffic took them towards the Pittsburgh Airport. When traffic began to pick up they were suddenly struck from behind by a driver that had lost control of his vehicle and smashed into their car as well as other vehicles around them. The negligent driver’s car rolled over and there were several beer cans in and around the car of the negligent driver.

The negligent driver, of course, denied being drunk, but did admit to drinking only 2 beers at the concert. Mr. Colombo’s client was treated by a chiropractor in the Bridgeport area for her injuries.

A confidential settlement was obtained on behalf of the client.
