Buckhannon Client Struck By Logging Truck

Mr. Colombo recently represented a client from Buckhannon, Upshur County, WV who was injured in an accident in which her car was struck by a logging truck. The logging company which was also located in Buckhannon admitted liability for causing this t-bone type of accident.

Mr. Colombo’s client was treated by several doctors in the Buckhannon and Weston area as well as by physicians in Clarksburg.

A confidential settlement was obtained on behalf of Mr. Colombo’s client.
