Clarksburg Woman Sustains Back Injury

Mr. Colombo represented a Clarksburg woman who was riding with her boyfriend when he lost control of his Toyota truck and flipped the truck on its side. Mr. Colombo’s client sustained low back and neck injuries as a result of the negligence of the driver of the truck. The client had a number of pre-existing medical problems which the insurance company used against her to try and reduce the value of her claim.

After a period of discovery and lengthy mediation a successful and confidential settlement was achieved on behalf of the client.
