Elkins Client Sustains Back Injuries In Crash

Mr. Colombo recently represented a Randolph County School bus driver who was traveling on State Rt. 151 near Elkins and had stopped to let children off at a bus stop. A negligent driver who was traveling west on Rt. 151 was following the bus and for unknown reasons did not brake before striking the bus in the rear end. The Randolph County School bus had 27 children on the bus and 3 were transported to Davis Memorial Hospital for minor injuries.

Mr. Colombo represented the Randolph County School bus driver who sustained low back injuries as a result of this rear end crash. Settlement was achieved on behalf of Mr. Colombo’s client without having to file suit and with minimal expense by the client.
