Fairmont Man Struck By Tractor Trailer

Mr. Colombo recently represented a Fairmont man who was struck by a tractor trailer while the tractor trailer was making an illegal turn on Rt. 73 just outside of Fairmont. Mr. Colombo’s client had a significant cut on his hand and was admitted to Ruby Memorial Hospital. The insurance company for the tractor trailer admitted liability and the case was settled for $62,500.
