Jane Lew Man Hit By Car

Recently Mr. Colombo had the opportunity to represent a gentleman from Jane Lew, Lewis County, WV who was struck by a car while working along a roadside. Mr. Colombo’s client worked for sanitation company and was picking up trash in Gilmer County, WV. While he was working a negligent driver struck him along the roadside and fractured his wrist. Because this was a work related injury he received Worker’s Compensation benefits. Also, the client was able to pursue an insurance claim against the negligent driver. Mr. Colombo was able to obtain a settlement for the maximum available insurance coverage from Horace Mann on behalf of his client.
